Join us for a Body Back Preview Class at Rochester Mills Production Brewery, in Auburn Hills.

The 60-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout will take place inside the brew room, followed by a signature pint in their tap room with a little socializing sans kiddos. This workout will get your heart pumping and muscles burning as well as connecting you to yourself and other moms. Each class focuses on cardio, strength and core and ends with a meditation, leaving you refreshed and energized. The cost is $10 and includes a Beer of your choice. Space is limited.

Stroller Strides® is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking/jogging and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using resistance bands, the stroller and the environment. Taught by certified and specially trained fitness instructors, it is a great workout for any level of exerciser. Stroller Strides instructors weave songs and activities into the routine designed to entertain and engage baby, while moms are led through a series of exercises specific to her role as mom.

This unique program also provides moms with the opportunity to meet other moms, engage in playgroups with their babies, and to form lasting friendships. Stroller Strides is designed to give mothers the "Strength for Motherhood!"

Stroller Strides® is a PRENATAL and POSTPARTUM fitness program that moms can do WITH their babies.

Stroller-aged children are any children that can remain in the stroller for the duration of the workout (required). Our kiddos range from 6 weeks to 4 years of age.

A jogging stroller is NOT required to participate in Stroller Strides®

Stroller Barre® is a unique blend of ballet, Pilates, barre, yoga and stroller-based exercises designed to help moms build strength and muscle tone and improve posture. Created by a mom who was formerly a professional ballerina, this class incorporates prenatal and postnatal training and yields amazing results in an exciting, fun format. Postpartum women tend to have tight and weak pectoral (chest), abdominal and quadriceps muscles. In addition, the back and hamstrings muscles become stretched and weak. This occurs due to hunched posture from breast or bottle feeding, excessive spinal curves while carrying baby in utero and after birth, and repeatedly picking their new (and rapidly growing) baby up. Stroller Barre® focuses on strengthening and creating an ideal length/tension relationship in all the postural muscles, creating a taller, leaner-looking mommy!
