Stroller Strides is a total fitness program that moms can do with their babies. It includes power walking and intervals of strength and body toning exercises using exercise tubing, the stroller and the environment.

Body Back Transformation® 8-Week Session: this is a results-based program designed for moms who want their body back, whether they just had a baby or their last child was born twenty years ago! Most importantly, it will help women unlock their personal possibilities in an inspiring and powerful environment. Body Back clients experience targeted HIIT workouts, inspiration and motivation in every class. When done in conjunction with the Body Back Nutrition Guide, moms have a surefire combination for success.

Level 1 is a "do it yourself" plan. This is for the runner that may already have a race in mind, looking for something new, or for someone who enjoys training on their own.
With level 1 you will receive a resource guide, detailed training plan, access to a Facebook group for community support, and weekly emails with tips and information to keep you motivated.

Level 2 is for the runner who is looking to train with a group and receive support from a trained run coach. This plan includes a resource guide, detailed training plan, kickoff meeting to tailor your training plan, Facebook group for support, weekly emails, personal check ins with the run coach, two weekly runs and the option to participate in a local racemore

Level 3 is for the runner who is looking for additional training and conditioning. Whether you are an experienced runner looking to improve your speed or a beginner looking for strength training, this level is for you. This package includes a resource guide, detailed training plan, kickoff meeting to tailor your plan, Facebook group, weekly emails, personal check ins with Run Club coach, two weekly runs, two weekly live workouts and option to participate in local racemore
